These terms govern access to CoreX SMS, provided by [Company Legal Name] ("we," "us") to your Organization and, through it, to you as an individual user. By signing in, you agree to these terms. If your Organization has a separate written agreement with us, that agreement controls where it conflicts with this page.
CoreX SMS is safety management software: safety reporting, hazard registry, audits, safety-performance indicators, and AI-assisted features. It is a tool to help your Organization run its Safety Management System — it does not itself determine regulatory compliance, and using it doesn't substitute for your Organization's own safety judgment, oversight, or its obligations to its regulator.
Where enabled, AI-assisted features generate draft content — analysis, summaries, suggested text, or similar — based on the report or record data you provide. This applies to the AI-assisted investigation support available today and to any AI-assisted feature we add later. Generated output is a drafting aid, not a finding of fact — a qualified person must review and take responsibility for any conclusion before it's relied on.
Accounts are provisioned by your Organization's admin — there is no self-service sign-up. You're responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Tell your Organization's admin immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree not to:
Your Organization owns the safety records, reports, and other content it and its users enter. We don't claim ownership of it and only use it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Safety records may be retained beyond account closure for regulatory record-keeping reasons — see the Privacy Policy for detail.
We aim to keep the service available but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. [State any SLA/uptime commitment your Organization has separately agreed to, if any.]
The service is provided "as is." [Insert your jurisdiction-appropriate warranty disclaimer language here — this placeholder is not a substitute for one.]
[Insert your jurisdiction-appropriate limitation-of-liability language here.] Nothing in these terms is intended to limit liability that can't lawfully be limited.
Your Organization's admin can deactivate or remove your account at any time. We may suspend access for a material breach of these terms, or as required by law.
[State the governing law and jurisdiction for disputes.]
If these terms change materially, we'll update the "Last updated" date above.
